I can’t thank you enough for all that you do for Human Services, Inc. Head Start/Early Head Start! You really make a difference in our program by consulting, performing screenings, linking us with other great providers, and sitting on our Health Services Advisory Committee.
As a result of your screenings we referred a child in Greenwood for a full exam. The child’s mother took her to her Riley to have her eyes examined and as a result she only has 4% vision in one eye. The doctor prescribed glasses for full-time wear and expects her vision to improve to around 85% due to catching the issue so early on in life. Her physician told her mother that whoever caught her vision problems was one heck of an eye doctor. We wanted to share this story with you because it is a great success story for our program this year and we can’t thank you enough for all that you do!

āI had the MOST awesome experience today and I can't thank Dr. Nate and Danielle enough. I didn't have an appointment and this was my first time to this establishment. I had my eyes examined at our company optometrist and had my prescription in hand. I felt at ease immediately as I was greeted with a beautifully decorated establishment and a big smile from Danielle. I gave her some background on how I came to see them for my glasses. Dr. Nate wanted to check my prescription and made a couple of adjustments that were beyond my greatest expectations to see so clearly. Danielle helped me with finding the perfect glasses and explaining what I needed and working with me through the cost. She was amazing! I would suggest and HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nate and his associates.
Panic set in when I noticed my 2.5 year old suddenly had two different sized pupils. Dr Nate saw her on a Saturday to thoroughly check her eyes to make sure nothing serious was wrong and ease my nerves. I can't say enough good about him! I highly, highly recommend him for your optometrist needs.
Dr. Nate is exceptional - highly recommended. From the moment I phoned for my appointment I was very impressed. Danielle was so kind and personable; she took care of everything. When I met Dr. Nate he had a calming and warm presence, as well as a very thorough and knowledgeable approach. I will be taking the rest of my family to see him for years to come. On a side note, the building is stunning and the eye wear selection superb!
"[Dr. Nate] worked me into his schedule and saw me first thing this morning due to an eye injury yesterday, gave me a thorough examination, and assured me my eyesight would come back. After seeing a pediatric opthamologist at Riley for 6+ years, I took my six year old to Dr. Nate for a second opinion. He spent more time testing her eyes than all of those years combined. I am grateful he did as he saw something that had been missed. He sent us to IU School of Optometry for visual processing testing. That testing and the results clued us into so much that we had no idea that we were dealing with. Thank you Dr. Nate for your eye to the details, you have helped us beyond what I ever thought I would get by seeking a second opinion. I would highly recommend Dr. Nate to anyone looking for an eye doctor, as he is polite and knowledgable and a great asset to our community!
